Get a refund from them. We paid for our flight out of pocket, the plane was canceled and they sent the money to Grand Circle and they pocketed the money. Over two years ago.

We canceled our trip less than 12 hours after booking. I called to cancel as soon as they opened the next day. That was a month ago. They still haven't refunded our $700. Do not use this company. This company does not have an interactive website. You have to call and wait for hours to speak to a representative. They are trying to take control of your money. They take a credit card for the deposit. But for the rest, they want your bank account number. We waited for a response but they took no action.

Yesterday I was on hold for 3 hours and 16 minutes when a recording came saying I had reached the maximum hold time and that I would be getting a call back. I still haven't received a call back and I don't know how they do that as I was not asked for the phone...

I have a multiple problem. I have booked a trip for August 2022 which I need exact dates as the website is a bit confusing and I need to book my flights. I also need to cancel a future trip for 2023 and have the money applied to my 2022 trip.

My friend passed away unexpectedly. I'm her medical contact and I've spent HOURS talking to someone to get her over $5,000 back for a cruise she (and I) will never go on. I CANNOT BELIEVE that nowadays the only way to contact these crooks is by phone...FYI I still haven't been able to speak to a SOUL....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . They are crooks.

I booked a trip to Spain and Portugal in January 2020 for May 20th 2020, they canceled the trip and "rebooked" me on the May 2021 trip....I don't want to go despite their last offer of 1,500 $ in perks if I allowed them to "rebook" again with a final use of 2023... (and to get this, if I agree I could give my credit to someone else). When I said no I was told the process for my refund would start on 12/23. was started. Now I can't even get through on the phone to request that an email be sent to me confirming this cancellation! RUN not WALK and away from GCT

I have placed a deposit of $1150.00 with full payment due on March 23 for a GCT Europe trip in July. This trip was later canceled by GCT. Repeatedly blocked by GCT representatives. Lost $1000.00 of my hard earned/saved on this trip! I am totally disappointed in this company having previously done 7 trips with them and even recommended them to others. We had a trip planned with Grand Circle Cruise next August - we called to cancel in March 2020 due to Covid. We were told they would refund us in full less a $600 cancellation fee in 7-10 days. To date we have not received a cent. Beware of doing business with this company.

Refund for trip in March
I have traveled a total of 33 times with GCT, OAT and their river cruises and never had a problem. I received a refund after 5/1. promised for the canceled trip, which started on March 28th. should begin. I've called a few times and been promised the money will be credited to my Mastercard but I keep getting bills with interest but no refund so far. I am desperate and will take further action if all else fails. I'm so sad, loved traveling with you.

told us they would get a cash refund minus a nearly $400 processing fee. Expect a check in 30 to 60 days. I called after 70 and was told they had changed their policy and only given a credit to another trip I had heard about and they stole my money
